Betfair Live Video - full screen?

I noticed there are two types of video player. it seems to depend on which course its covering.
One type has a maximise icon bottom right which is great. But most dont have that. I can blow the browser window up but that just blows up pixels so doesn't add any quality. Is there any trick to solving this?
