Screenshots attached. I'm running Trader on a Macbook Pro.
This is something I've encountered a few times recently. I mentioned it in the thread about Betdaq not always matching at the best price, but I didn't have any images.
Can anyone explain what's going on, please? Before I noticed this, I clicked on the ladder to place a bet and nothing happened. It was as if I hadn't clicked at all.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Sounds like you lost connection or your PC froze leaving one of the screens with stale data, the none placing of your bet suggests it was unresponsive and therefore the later of those two options.
Unfortunately there 's not enough info in your screenshots to give a better response

Thanks for replying, Dallas. I raised a ticket with support and the response was much the same.
If my laptop froze would I not expect the screen with stale data to update as soon as the freeze was over? In this instance, I was able to navigate the ladders and move between the one-click and ladder without the information changing on either screen. The data remained the same over several minutes.
The last time I saw this problem, I'm convinced I could move between different markets without the information updating.
I'll take a full screen grab for support if it happens again. Ta.
