Freezing issues

Hello, My betangel is freezing regularly say every hour. It freezes the whole computrt and the only thinh i can do is restart my ;aptop. It seems to be when a small confirmation window pops up it sometimes dissapears behind an open window and i cant get to it. Every time i click anything it sounds a bleep and nothing happens and i have to restart, I have a brand new laptop and good internet so i know its not that. Im sure its a software issue. I have the latest edition installed. Any advice please its driving me mad. I get all set up with markets and automation and then it freezes.

Its not freezing

While you have the 'Confirm bets' option enabled once you've tried to place a bet you need to either click 'Yes or 'No' before you can do anything else, including opening a chart or market selection window etc

If you want to place bets instantly without the need to confirm you can switch it off in your main settings are

You said in your OP that you were getting a 'Confirmation window' popping up

There is only one type of confirmation window which pops up and that's the 'Bet Confirmation'

So i'm a little confused as to whether you are getting this or not?
