TPD set up issues

Hi

I've just signed up to Bet Angel and TPD, however currently having some issues with getting a connection from TPD to get the in play trader tool working. I've followed all the usual set up guides on Bet Angel to get TPD linked to my Bet Angel account, however when I try and get a connection to a TPD course/race, I am getting an error message at the bottom of my screen saying "The race is not supported by the Total Performance service". Now I've queried this with TPD, and there doesn't appear to be any issues with the event in question and the TPD feed at the track, however I think my current problem lies in the below settings box which is not showing any connection in the TPD license key area. I've tried inputting the license key a few times, plus played around with the options in the box below, but nothing seems to get the connection status to change, or create a connection ID. Any help or pointers would be greatly received! Thanks
