Display Live Football Scores on One-Click Screen and Watchlist

Hello, It wont let me import the baf file for display live odds. I have created a custom column ok downloaded the file ok. Do i go to general settings on the one click screen to import. This is what i am doing but as i say a pop up window pops up saying i cant downloads the file. Or do i import it somewhere else?

Can you post a screenshot of the error blocking the download?
It sounds like a Windows issue
