TPD Not Connecting

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Hello there,

I've just purchased a TPD licence, and when I go to link it to my Bet Angle account. Not happens, it just says not connected. Has anyone ever had this issue? thanks in advance.

Only Hexham is on TPD today, but looking at those settings you have set it to NOT auto connect.

I had issues today with Hexham not connecting in the first race.

Try closing down BA and restarting.
