Suggestion: Extend the 'first rule to trigger' close time window period

Sometimes I want a rule to arm after a set period of time, but then continue to be armed for the life of the market.

Currently if you use 'first rule to trigger' you can only extend the time window period up to 23:59:59.

It would be really useful if you could tick a box to extend to 'indefinitely' or at least extend the selectable threshold to 99:59:59.
