Storing bet ref at time of placement

As part of a wider project I'm working on, it would be really useful if when a Place Bet trigger fires, I could store the bet ref of this bet in a SV, regardless of whether it went on to be matched or not.

This is written to the log, but I can't seem to find a way of storing it.

I'd ultimately want to use this value to help me match bets to rules.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

You could use the Store TEXT value (The name of this rule) .

Yep, that would work to store the rule name which I could then append to the bet ref but it's storing the bet ref at the time the 'place bet' rule is triggered which is the tricky part.

Unless I'm missing something obvious of course!
