I'm having a bit of chaos where I want to rule some things out, to in point closer what the issues may be.
I suspect it the 'Add Markets Betting Delay'. I have it applied to Green Up and Red Down and my bets.
I'm just wondering though, should the signals also be ticked to 'Add Markets Betting Delay' too ?

Signals and Add Markets Betting Delay
The 'Add market Delay' simply takes whatever Betfairs delay is for that type of market and adds it to your re-arm time so that you don't trigger another bet before the previous one reaches the market.
Many people used to create in-play rules and not factor in the bet delay (or in some cases BF were changing it occasional) and it was playing havoc with rules, this option simply removes any such issues

If you're doing horse racing then there's no reason to use it, just make sure you allow the extra second for a bet to hit the market.
It's more for people using the same rule on variable delay times. eg on football one match may have a 5 sec delay when another may have a 12 sec delay.
