Can't get Odds 'Matchsticks' to appear in Ladder columns

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Odds 'Matchsticks' ... it's a long time since I used them but I can't seem to turn them on ... what might I have missed?

I've set the Ladder Settings for it (or so I think I have) ...

... but as you can see the Matchsticks are not showing.

Hi Shaun ... not Candlesticks, the "Last Traded Price" column in the ladder screen showing the LTP 'matchsticks'.

You've enabled them in the 'Bet Angel settings profile'
But your currently using the 'Ex2 Default with Chart' profile

Dallas is quite correct - you have an 'Ex2 Default with Chart' profile enabled but you are changing the settings for the 'Bet Angel settings' hence why the candlesticks are not showing in your screen layout.

Thanks Tuco, I don't remember changing the Profile so it didn't reach my eyes! :)

...easily done, and sometimes takes a fresh set of eyes to see the obvious :)
