Looking like a wet start, meant to clear up 1-2pm, checking webcam it's not raining at moment but bit overcast.

Not too shabby day 1. Green on 3 red on 1
Decent green on Navone/Nakashima was good for breaks. Did donate back some looking for break backs in 3rd & 4th, momentum appeared to be with Nak before rain delay.

Red on Tirante/Dzumhur, messed up as felt Dzum was going to throw 1st set after a temper-tantrum so hedged on lay @ 0-30 when already a break down in 1st. Did lose it but loss was worse then it should have due to position I put myself into with the 1st hedge.

Small green Michelsen/Cerundolo, nothing worth writing home about.

Decent green Kostyk/Bejlek, Kostyk had down as poor predicted hold.

Liquidity I felt was ok, the gaps mid-point are bigger for the non-TV games bit like rest of season has been, seems to tie in with where BF introduced the no time-delay for bets not at current price.

Money into these markets just seems so incredibly fast now. There's one particular punter that is well ahead of the rest too, doesn't make much sense. Interesting also how confident it was in some of the challenged calls yesterday evening. not offering any conspiratorial theory here.. more of a 'things are different aren't they?' post..

I've always suspected that if you have access to the Hawk-Eye feed, you would know within milliseconds as to whether a shot is in or not. So the temptation to use that data must be overwhelming.

Similar issue on Golf.

yes i think that what I was hinting at. particularly if you're that confident on a line call, kind of gives the game away a bit. scary stuff.

Always seems to be someone faster than the feed through tennis trader even if it's only fractions of a second.

I am quite liking this no delay on unmatched bets though. Makes it easier to dip in and out quickly.

A tournament not favouring favourites.
