Speed of serve

Just watched Peters video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_i-_mavdSr4&t=173s and really liked the idea he mentioned about tracking serve speed behind individual points to get a read on how a player is feeling.

Only problem is, I can't seem to find any in-play stats that show serve speed point by point. Has anyone come across any websites or tools that provide this kind of data? Would appreciate any links if you've got them.

You won't get what you want then, as far as I'm aware doesn't exist from any feed provider.

Ok thanks anyway. I was thinking maybe its possible somehow to extract data from betfair/tennis trader score update feed and measure time between update on scores e.g 5 sec from 0-0 to 15-0 etc. and get some sort of idea. However it seems like it might be super difficult thing to do and not sure how accurate would be anyhow.

That is actually quite interesting although, if it works, may give you more of an indication of how fast / slow the umpires are at updating score...

Courtsiders will target slow umpires )

Yes, with my coding skills, it would probably be easier to become a courtsider...

On the Grand Slam websites you get service speed on each point.
