question about trading from restricted country

Hello. I plan to trade on Betfair living in a country from which trading is not allowed. I have an account registered to a person who lives in a country where the game is legal, and have a bank card from that country too. I plan to trade using a VPN or VPS. Will such a game be a problem if the security service detects it? And will they be able to detect it?
