Automate favourite and Auto Norm Selection

Hi,

Could anyone tell me how I could automate - for horse racing, I need to choose an Automation Nominated Selection with two rules.
1) The odds have to be over 3.25
2) The horse I've nominated has to be favourite.

I sometimes choose a number of horses for the race but I only want the one to be backed and only if it's favourite
