Can someone help me troubleshoot why the rule doesn't work

The rule is supposed to check the back odds 10 minutes before and save in a stored value. When the odds have drifted, it should execute. But it doesn't work. Can you please suggest?

Fav position 1 is probably changing between your first and second rules triggering.

Try fixing the order of favouritism before the first rule triggers.
