Greeted with this, this morning when I tried to log-in to Bet Angel. The ad takes over the interactive log-in screen. Clicking close on the ad, loads Betfair into that window and Bet Angel loads in the background without needing to type in any password.

I get this banner at the bottom of my P&L screen. Do you?

I have the banner as well

Maybe it's trying to tell me something. #unfit
I think you may have another browser session open?
Also, you don't need to log-in using the interactive log-in.

I usually log-in using interactive log-in, and I always need to enter my Betfair username and password in the pop-up log-in. Today I hit 'close' on the promo ad, and Bet Angel just logged me in without me entering any details. I had nothing else open at the time, Bet Angel was the first thing I loaded after booting up.Euler wrote: ↑Mon Nov 17, 2025 9:49 amjamesedwards wrote: ↑Mon Nov 17, 2025 9:39 amYes it was interactive log-in.

We can't recreate that in the test environment, but it sounds like they've broken the regular flow of the web based log in page. Although the Bet Angel screen unlocks, it won't actually be able to place bets as you won't have a valid betfair session id. You may also find that bits of the Bet Angel toolbar remain greyed out as it'll be in a zombie state. The only caveat to that would be if somehow betfair have cached your previous session in a cookie and their login screen has found it and bypassed the normal login, which would be a lot worse.jamesedwards wrote: ↑Mon Nov 17, 2025 9:54 am
