How close to Betfair race start can I get before triggeringa dutch bet to equal profit. 3 runners. Obviously can't be BSP so ideally as close as possible.

Dutching before race start
You could use the 'Race Status' as your condition and look for when they are 'Going Behind' (The next status after that is the 'off')
You could even have the rule trigger 10 or 20 secs after the status has changed to go behind (or longer when there are larger fields)
