"The offsetting functions are a legacy of the very first version of Bet Angel. Selecting „force offset‟ is the preferred setting as this ensures both orders reach the market. Using this in conjunction with functions such as fill or kill ensures some control over how offset orders reach the market. „Offset only initial fill‟ will only offset only part of the initial opening order that is filled and no subsequent fills and only exists for older users that still use this function instead of the more modern equivalent „fill or kill‟.
I read this in the BetAngel Guide but I can't put this in practice.
Example. I back 1000 @ 2 (reverse open) and I select "offset bet with greening". If I don't tick "place fill or kill bets", betangel immediately put two order in the market. I don't want two orders in the market simultaneously, then I tick "place fill kill bets".
But I don't want this too. If only 50 of 1000 gets matched, in my opinion, the software should place the lay bet @1.99 for those 50 immediately, instead of waiting for all 1000 to get matched and then lay.
I'm quite sure, in previous versions it was possible.
Sorry for my english

Offset only initial fill
No it wasn't possible in previous versions. However you may be getting confused with the fact that after the fill or kill time is up Bet Angel will offset any matched amount.
You can get around this by doing the following. Instead of putting in one £1000 order you could put 10 £100 orders in the market then it will wait till the fill or kill time was up and then offset the matched amount.
In the next version of Bet Angel you can configure how the fill or kill works. So that will definitely solve your problem.
