Automate horse racing bets with minimum price condition from csv

Hi I am new to BA and want to automate losing all my bets into BA from a CSV file which has a stake ND minimum odds condition. If me then it places the bet at BSP. How do I go about loading in the CSV file with the information and then automating the bets?
