Automate horse racing bets with minimum price condition from csv

Hi I am new to BA and want to automate loading all my bets into BA from a CSV file which has a stake and minimum odds condition. If price is met then it places the bet at nominated stake at BSP. How do I go about loading in the CSV file with the information and then automating the bets?
