First half goals 2.5 goals automation

Hi there, Is there anyway of doing a automation file with the following criteria?
Only place a £10 lay bet on the over 2.5 half goals first half, When the draw odds are 3.5 or lower
Place a £10 lay bet when the over 2.5 odds are between 8.0 -16.89, on the over 2.5 half time market
