File Triggered Rule

I am currently using a SHG strategy that sends an alert in Telegram. I have created a python Bot that watches for these alerts and creates a file in a specified folder for each alert - so far so good.

What I would like to do now is create an automated rule in Bet Angel that would:

1. Trigger every time a file is added to the folder
2. Extract the home team, away team and current score from the file.
3. Using the extracted data, load the next relavent Ofers/Undders market for the match.
4. Place a back bet on the Overs market.
5. Archive the trigger file so it does not trigger again.

As it stands, I am stuck at the first hurdle; can anybody help move this idea forwards? It may be the cae that I have to revisit the trigger mechanism and use a single csv file I append to every time a new alert comes in. All help would be greatly appreciated.
