bad experience

Just finished with a bad experience with electronic item on ebay and it has me wondering if I should rather go with things I am more familiar with like watches ,jewellery as they can't really go wrong as much as electronic stuff
my other web shop I never had any returns only refunds ... Since it has taken me so long to learn zencart I have had time to think about it and really decide which way I want to go
