I am trying to turn of the ding sound when placing a bet? i have unticked it in the sound settings but it still dings.
The ding is stopping my own custom sound files..
I followed what google said and it does not work ..it says you can disable the ding sound and still paly other sound files but i cant get it to work

Well when placing a bet placeBet.wav plays which is more of a 'pop' sound.
matched.wav and partiallyMatched.wav are more like dings, and the ultimate ding is arguably serviceBell.wav (bottom of list)
1. In Settings > Sound Alerts, double-check all 'Active' tickboxes are unticked other than your custom ones.
If you've already done that, you can head to the source folder (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Bet Angel Limited\Bet Angel - Professional\sounds) and play through them to identify the exact one which is causing you trouble and troubleshoot further.
2. If your issue persists, reply and let us know:
A) if you can play your custom sounds successfully or not
B) which sound file is the one causing the issue
C) what your Settings > Sound Alerts page looks like visually (send a screenshot)
