Having loved Betdaq for many years I was heartbroken to discover it had now been sold to Matchbook.

I've heard stories about Matchbook closing winning exchange accounts as in a lot of cases bets placed on their exchange are generally against their own traders and not peer to peer.

I was wondering if there is any truth to this, I believe Betdaq allowed winning accounts to remain open. Matchbook, possibly a different story.

Also, is it possible to focus only (if indeed identifiable) on true peer to peer markets on Matchbook, therefore profiting the user as well as the operator?

I don't know if it's still in place, but they did have a 60% charge on net profits if you earned more than $20,000. Don't know if that's still the case.
