Hi
Please... I’m looking for some help setting up a Bet Angel automation rule.
I want to lay multiple runners in the same race and then close each trade individually if that runner’s price drops 40 ticks from the price it was laid at.
For example, if I lay three different runners at different prices, I want each runner to have its own 40-tick stop based on its individual lay entry price. If one hits the 40-tick trigger, only that runner should close, while the other trades remain open.
Can anyone advise the best way to set this up using Stored Values/conditions in Bet Angel?
Thanks.
Mark
Close trade on selection
On your lay rule use the stored value tab and store the lay price (assuming you are getting matched at the price you place the bet at) for the selection (give it any name you want ie, entry_price)
If you are often getting matched at a better price than you place the bet at instead of the above store the price of the most recent matched bet
Then on your close trade on selection rule add a 'Stored Value'
to check the price now
is less than the price
held in a stored value named 'entry_price' (or whatever you called it)
If you are often getting matched at a better price than you place the bet at instead of the above store the price of the most recent matched bet
Then on your close trade on selection rule add a 'Stored Value'
to check the price now
is less than the price
held in a stored value named 'entry_price' (or whatever you called it)
Yes, you can do it with just the one rule (for the lay bet and close trade on selection) applied to 'every' selection
