Help to get betdaq to cancel unmathced from excel

Hi, can anyone tell me how to cancel a bet uning excel?
the back and lay commands work fine, but the cancel with or without sub commands (_ALL, _LAY) etc will not.....any ideas

ok so I have found out that the cancel is NOT supported in the betdaq software, shame......

Are there any commands other than BACK or LAY that work? I can't get FILL_KILL to work either. Without the ability to remove orders I don't see any use for this Excel functionality for trading.

You get what you pay for I suppose! I would be willing to pay though........anyone know of any software that can hookup Excel to Betdaq?
