Notification when odds reach certain level?

Discussion regarding the spreadsheet functionality of Bet Angel.

Just wondering if it would be possible to make a spreadsheet that would monitor many markets and give some sort of notification when the odds reached a certain level? Would this be possible and if so, how complicated would it be to set up?
