If you make a sound like sZsZsZsZsZsZsZsZsZsZ until your lungs are empty then take a deep breath and sing YeEuYA for 10-20 minutes every 2 hours.. Add to this practice 1 glass of water every 15-20 minutes for 6 hours you will see a big difference with your brain functions...

absolute rubbish.
poppy cock.

how can you "see a big difference with your brain functions" without an EEG (or brain scanner) machine.

most people don’t own one (i assume) and would not how to use one (i assume), and would know how to analyse/understand its output.

The idea that breathing deeply (which is known to induce relaxation) and staying hydrated may help your state of mind isn't ridiculous IMHO.

I agree Jeff.

But you can not “see a big difference with your brain function”. The functions of your brain are invisible to you, and you are not aware/conscious of them. They are inaccessible to you, as opposed to your mood, conscious thoughts etc.

I might not be able to scientifically measure my brain function, but I know when I'm in the zone, thinking quickly, clearly and creatively, and when I'm in my usual state of mind!

that is a result of brain function/functions. you may know when your in the zone but you dont know what brain function/mechanism resulted in you being in the zone.
