Price tracking spreadsheet

Discussion regarding the spreadsheet functionality of Bet Angel.

Hi,
I would like to create a spreadsheet to track and record the prices of individual runners in the races I'm interested in.
I would like to record the price of each runner at set times pre off.At each set time interval it needs to record the price for each runner and keep it.
I know how to set the spreadsheet up just need a function/formula to extract and keep the price.
Any help appreciated.

Thanks for that euler. I had a look and for what i want to do its a little over the top.
I've just had a look at the betangel charting workbook and the data sheet does exactly what I want, i just need to find out how to control the refresh rate.
