Can anyone help with contacting the BetAngel team?
I have raised two queries via the Contact Us section on the site (the only means of raising a query) and have no replies or acknowledgements!
I do not expect this is typical of BetAngel support but I am very disappointed I can not even get started using the Free Trial.
In absence of email support I can only post here and await a reply.
I am a Betfair user and very keen to try out BetAngel.

Unfortunately somebody was trying to hack the site over the weekend by the look of it. We saw a spike in IP addresses well known to us, so I guess they didn't figure we would be around to see them trying. We fixed the hack quickly but it looks like this could have knocked out the support form as well, which we are fixing now, thank you for bringing it to our attention.

If you want to use the free trial simply download the software from http://www.betangel.com/download and then register the serial number, if you don't have a serial number then we can mail one to you quite quickly.
