Hi,

Help please when choosing the take SP option with an unmatched bet... when the race goes in play the bet isnt taken, it just disappears and nothing happens.

Am i missing something?

Which connection mode are you using? You need to be using 0 or 13 for bet persistance.

I'm using connection mode 0

When i check the log after the race goes IP it just says market suspended/unsuspended. It acknowledges the bet being changed to Take SP but doesnt say why it wasnt taken.

I'm using a Liability rather than a set stake would that make any difference? And i'm not exceeding my account balance.

I'm trying to lay the SP and offset that by 1 tick with fill or kill. Is this possible? Or is this why it wont work because its not possible?

SP will only apply to unmatched bets at the point of clicking SP. So if you apply global settings to it, the SP wont apply to those globals settings. Does that make sense?

You could use a spreadsheet to do this.

You can use this spreadsheet to learn a few things.

You can still trade away as normal but you can get this spreadsheet to auto green, or perform automatic functions in the background. I am sure it could be modifed to auto SP than auto green at the off. Or you could write a simple function to SP all bets at a preset time, that would only take one line in Excel to do.

Some new ones are coming along soon. We are revamping the videos as it is clear people are missing some of the key features in the product which would help them a lot.
