Help With A Command Please.

Can someone please help me by writing a single line of code for my spread sheet. This should be simple for someone with a knowlede of Excel coding.

I basically want the following global command:

If Price < 1.25 back at 1.2

After this back bet is made I want it to place a Stop Loss at 2.

This should just be a single line of code and take an experienced programmer 10 minutes to write.
