Offset Bet with Greening and Stop

Hi.

I'm looking for some help.

I've been using the Offset Bet with Greening and Stop on a number of markets for the past few weeks (with small stakes). Normally it works fine but on a couple of occasions my position has been immediatley closed with a loss even though the offset or stop are not hit.

My settings are...

Offset 15
Stop trigger 10
Place at 10

I placed a back bet on Casey Stoner at 1.93 which is matched straight away. Then, instead of a lay order with auto close being placed my position was immediatley closed with a lay bet at 1.98 (see attached screen shot).

Does anyone know why this is happening? Why it is immediatley closing my position at a loss when the stop loss hasn't been hit?

Also, occasions when using this function the offset order is entered but the auto close element is missing (it just doesn't show), does anyone know why this is?
