Modify unmatched bet through the Excel spreadsheet, instead of canceling and re-submitting the bet.

There are several reasons why this feature is crucial for a competent trading bot :

1) Avoid losing position in queue when changing stakes :

For example, lets say you have an unmatched bet to back $100 at odds of 1.5.
If you modify that bet through Betfair in order to decrease the bet size to
$50, you would retain your position in the queue, while if you cancel and
resubmit another bet through the Excel spreadsheet, you will lose your position in the queue.

2) Inability to re-submit below minimum unmatched portions :

Lets say you want to modify a bet so you make a request to cancel it with
the intention to re-submit it afterwards. The problem, which happens quite
frequently with my trading strategy, is that during the very short time
(less than 1 second) from the time that I submit the cancel request to the
time that the bet is canceled, it is possible that the bet will be partially
matched and I will not be able to re-submit the partial bet due to Betfair
minimum bet limitation.

For example, lets say I have $5 unmatched bet that I want to modify. So I
request to cancel it. By the time the cancel is done (less than 1 second),
$2 were matched. Now I can't re-submit the remaining $3 as the bet is below
the $4 minimum.

I'd really love to see this implemented in the next version of Bet Angel as I really need it for my betting strategy.

I believe the ability to modify a bet should be considered a basic standard feature in a trading software, especially when such a feature is available through the Betfair web site.
