I've noticed with the At The Races coverage on Sky that the feed is about 3 seconds behind Bet Angel's in play announcement. Is there also a delay with the online subscription service or is it synchronised with Bet Angel in real time?

atr online is very bad about 7 secs behind. RUK online about 11 secs behind. Betfair video was about 2 secs behind but they appear to have introduced an improved service which has increased the delay to about 4 or 5 secs.

That's disappointing to hear, I assumed if you were to pay for the monthly online subscription that it'd be in sync to use with the in play market.

No chance unfortunately it's been behind for some time but recently slipped even further behind. You may want to try Betfair live video that appears to be the fastest feed at the moment. If you don't want to place a bet to use live video, use Betdaq live video.
