Automate Guardian from Excel.

It would be very useful to be able to instruct Guardian, from within Excel, to add and remove markets.

This would allow to create a fully automated solution. It will also allow the creation of custom, more complex "Restrict Refresh" functionality.

When adding / removing markets, this feature should use Betfair market IDs. This would allow the use of Bet Angel combined with Betfair API to automatically locate and load markets.
