Help with Excel statement

hello, can someone help me. I have been laying greyhounds
with statement =IF(H9<2.5,"LAY","")so its laying any price under $2.50, What i'm looking for is a statement
to lay any price under $3.00 but more than $2.00 so if
someone can help me please.
