Following on from the "Something new" (viewtopic.php?f=36&t=4850) topic I thought it might be interesting to have a geek topic to discuss technology products (for trading and in general).

I'll make a start...

Image monitors. Fab quality and surprisingly good value. I recently bought the FlexScan S2243W as a 2nd monitor and it's the nuts. http://www.eizo.co.uk/products/product_ ... 2243w.html)

Image mice. http://steelseries.com/products/mice

Image Sony Ericsson Xperia™ mini - great new Android phone that fits in your pocket (and can be operated in one hand with your thumb like the old days) unlike most touchscreen phones that require a wheelbarrow and two hands. http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/product ... w=overview

I added a 32GB micro SDHC card and flogged my iPod and compact camera as I didn't need them anymore.

For digital music lovers a DAC is an important piece of kit (like an external sound card that converts digital to analogue properly and provides connections to speakers).

I use a Nuforce Icon-2 which connects to the computer via USB. I use it to connect to some B&O active speakers (it acts as a DAC/pre-amp in this setup). It also has a volume control unlike many other DACs.

I've got to say, the iPhone 4 is the best bit of tech kit I have ever, ever owned.
