With VPS is posible see Live Video from Betfair?

I want Know if is posible see Live Video from Betfair through to Bet Angel VPS and if have more delayed than betfair website, with Bet Angel VPS is posible have sound in Live Video from Betfair or only images.

It will be faster but the VPS isn't really designed to stream video so it will be a bit jerky from the client end.
