Offset (ticks), Stop trigger (ticks) greyed out
I have recently downloaded the Bet Angel professional on the 7 day trial and the Offset (ticks), Stop trigger (ticks) are greyed out. The kill or fill box is ticked and I am using the one click screen. When plaing orderes, the back bet gets taken but it doesn't seem to put a lay order in a tick below. I seem to have to close the trade out manually. Is this normal?
You probably need to choose what type of global settings you wish to apply using the picklist in the top left corner. It defaults to 'None', but you can choose 'Offset bet', 'Offset bet and Stop', 'Offset bet with greening' etc. You can also create your own predefined custom configurations using the star button to the right of that picklist.
