I've just bought a new PC and wanted to run 3 monitors instead of the 2 I had been using on my old one.

Specs are as follows:

Intel Core i7-2600 Processor(3.40GHz,8MB)
1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 530
4GB Ram

Would this be enough to enable me to run 3 monitors at once and would I need to buy something thats not included?

Thanks in advance

Sorry if I posted in the wrong place!

Sorry I don’t want to be patronising but seen as that you’ve already bought the PC you would be the right person to answer your question. Why don’t you try and let us know. I suspect that with i7 it will be perfectly fine for few years or so and with like any PCs as new software start consuming more processing power it will slow down but you’ll be fine for few years.

Yeah sorry I should have cleared that up! :)

I got the PC but i'm still waiting delivery of the monitor which I had to buy seperately. Its set up with 2 monitors and working fine, was hoping if somebody could tell me if I'd need any extra equipment to run a 3rd monitor.

Thanks for answering though.
