Australian Open Tennis 2012
Murray picked up a comfortable win in Brisbane this morning. Nice morale booster, albeit against a weak opponent.
Also, interesting peice of Murray: -

Having reached the last 2 finals, Murray has to fancy his chances here.
The dangerman could be Tsonga. A previous finalist here too, and the last 6 months have been a revelation for him, including winning Doha yesterday.
It's hard to dispute Kvitova being the Women's favourite. She looked good at the Hopman Cup, this on the back of having won the Tour Championships and spearheading the Czechs to Fed Cup success in Russia.
Her nearest rivals in the betting are both battling injuries - Serena and Clijsters. Sharapova is also struggling for fitness
If she's fit, Sabine Lisicki could be a good outsider. Her body is fragile though, and is liable to break down at any moment. She's pulled out this week with a stomach problem, but when she's hot, she takes some stopping

See my comment in the thread on losing systems. Don't bet on Murray. I have lost a fortune thinking Murray is finally going to win a grand slam.
Your best value is surely to lay Djok (suspect with the end of season injury, too short in the betting after a freak year of wins unlikely to be replicated due to regression to the means).
Look to back Fed or Nadal, they've still got the game, and their prices are good.

Nadal almost forced to pull out of Aussie open

Hm I saw my share of doggy matches including one with Davidenko but haven't seen it on Slam before. Apparently It has changed.pdupre1961 wrote:Check here for your answer.Equity wrote:Hm Mattek-Radwanska match Mattek set up and leading 3-2 but market pricing Radwanska 1.8 what is going on?
You can, you just need to have Australian BA tickedEquity wrote:Yes that's what Mattek was trying to make it look like in the end
Peter I have one suggestion. It would be great if you could add all match odds in guardian just like it's done with match odds and o/u in footbal.
Hm I wasn't being sarcastic of course I have Australian wallet ticked! I meant adding all matches to guardian in one click as it is with football markets:D Is that possible now somehow?LeTiss 4pm wrote: You can, you just need to have Australian BA ticked
