Hi there hope someone can help me here.
When i put in some lay bets at 1.81 and 1.51 in the morning i then press the "keep bet" button so i can save these for in-running.
When i come back later to check that there still there some of these prices have now changed to 1.75 and 1.45.. i have tried re-installing BA and also tried this with and without Guardian. nothing seems to solve this problem

Many thanks

Perhaps there were rule 4 deductions in the races?

Saying that would rule 4 effect an unmatched bet?

I would of thought a R4 would effect a keep bet as the horse has even more chance of winning now.
Obviously your doing it for a odds on fav or odds on price but say for instance you had a lay of 6.0 unmatched on a 7.0 shot and the 3.0 fav was withdrawn before the start, would you still be offering 6.0 after that withdraw?, I'm guessing the answer would be definatly not. I can see why it could be different for an inrunning stratagy and you want to lay at say a set price but pre race then it surely an R4 has to effect unmatched bets as well because of the above reason.

sure thats possible, the thing is im going in-play on all runners so my question now is would the rule 4 situation qualify for a reduction factor to take place, even though no bets have been matched?

Gooday Megabreak,
I lay the field in-running in Australia.
Just interested in your response times on the bottom
of your screen when you are operating on the UK races.
When I bet on Aussie races the response windows run at
62/62 to 125/125 but when operating on the UK races
the response times are 600's 900's or 1200's or worse.
This is obviously due to the large amount of traffic
that ocurrs while the UK are firing but I would be interested in your response times over there.
Over and Out........Regards..........Ramjet

Hi roger
My response times are the same as yours, im trading from asia so maybe thats why were getting the same delays, im sure not as many traders are on the Aussie markets and thats why your response time there is reduced. Ive been laying the field also but im yet to find a formula thats works consistantly.

Good luck with yours
