Betfair very late turning that inrunning - led to the SP on the fav returning at 2.76 when it was about 3.05 at the off.
Just hope they don't void bets as I had exit orders set to take SP that were matched after the off but should have really been taken at SP.

Just thinking about it I had a small greening order that I am sure I set to take SP that wasn't matched before they turned it ir eventually. But that order never got take in the SP reconciliation process. So either I didn't set it to take SP which I am 95% sure I did or the SP process didn't pick it up.
Just seen on the BF forum someone saying something similar...?

Was it me just on my rent because of a ( delay) or they closed the 16:15 market in the middle of a stewards enquiry?

It was closed before the stewards - very annoying as I laid it at 1.01 in the photo and at 1.02 ready for the stewards.enzabella2009 wrote:Was it me just on my rent because of a ( delay) or they closed the 16:15 market in the middle of a stewards enquiry?
The money in the Stewards Enquiry market wasn't great. Not sure why they rushed to settle it as the claxon went before they settled.
Must be work experience week!

I am trying to find a betfair response from while ago. I have won something like 100quid but my bet was voided because betfair failed to turn the horse race in Play. My bets were taken in PLAY.
Now @ 16:45 AYR race, I was 56pounds up pre-off but lost 7 pounds in play why are they not refunding the money lost in Play? It`s only 7 pounds but I should be getting a refund? Their response last time was that each rules will apply either I win or lose, well I ll see what their response this time....

Can't say I follow your logic. They voided last time because the race didn't go inplay. This time it did but you expect them to void the inplay bets because on a previous occassion they voided them on a race that wasn't put inplay

Luckily I am not drunk yet...
It`s only my english that play the trick.
I had the impression that the 16:45 went in play with a small delay. It caused me a 7 pounds loss. On similar situation were I was backing a horse Betfair had a small delay and the odds steamed very quickly, I made a nice profit but they have voided my winning bet. I am trying to find that old e-mail so I can show you. I will also showing to them if I am lucky to find it.

That makes more sense.
Just seen on Twitter Peter was affected as well.
In what way were you caught out Peter?

I was testing something with the automation tool and needed to take SP to close an open ended position. Taken me all day to get it right, give it a go for full stakes in that race and....
Well at least I learnt there is another way for that to go tit's up!

The Mushroom culture is definitely prevalent at Betfair these days!andyfuller wrote:So your Take SP's didn't work either - love how Betfair just carry on as if nothing ever happened.
