"Keep_all" global function excel

Can someone give me some direction on the "keep_all" function. I cannot get it to excute when i clear the status. It continues to execute as a cancel bet?

Iv only been playing with it for a few days and not an expert by any means but I tried using the command today on a football match where I had backed the draw and had an offset bet in.Traded the back part but the price moved away without the offset bit trading,I wanted to leave it in play so used the Keep_all command but then I decided to average the "back a draw" at a higher price once again with an offset, the back side traded again but the 2nd offset was also unmatched when the game went in play but that one got canceled but the 1st one stayed so guess I needed to use the command Keep_all again after my second "back" bet was matched but as I say "no expert" by a long chalk lol.Just wondered if this was the sort of thing that happened to you.
