when Betfair goes down

Please could someone tell me the best course of action when BF goes down just before in-play i.e. I have at £500 back bet on a horse 5 mins before the off. Thank you kindly for any advice.

They also have a telephone betting line. Programming it into your phone might be an idea. You will need your TAN also.

You will be asked for your TAN by the broker when you call to place a bet. You may also be asked security questions when using this service.

is there any difference if we have take sp selected ??and would this be a safety net for trading big money in the footbball markets ?
