I have posted this separately but the same post is still included in my original thread.

Well I am not sure if the ground is going to change or not so for now I am going to stick with the following list. I had others written down but my head is now spinning so much I feel giddy!!

  • Treacle
    Sunnyhillboy
    The Midnight Club
    Killyglen
[/b]

I am worried about Mon Mome as he's not been firing of late and State of Play whilst likely to run close and possibly into a place seems unlikely to win.

I wish Organisedconfusion had more experience but at age 7 I have to pass him over.

The housewives of the nation will be having their bets and I can see Synchronised going into around 6/1-7/1 favourite if they really get stuck in!

Hi Jolly,
I also hope syncronised will drop to 7-6/1. You know I won on this horse last march on the gold cup but, this horse need more time before it can race again. I think they are really gambling on his form. It' s only my opinion ofc.
However if the horse will drop to 7/6/5/ even IN PLAY, I have a nice free fat lay bet waiting for it....
:) :)
GOOD LUCK ALL

Thanks for this Jolly. I am sure I am not the only trader being hounded for selections by friends and family!

My girlfriend has unfortunately hyped me up to her friends as being some kind of a racing "Guru" (I now realise to what extent my repeated explanations, regarding the difference between trading and gambling, have fallen on deaf ears)

Without having to reveal my embarassing lack of knowledge I can know confidently offer (your) selections.

My reputation, marriage prospects, and social standing are at risk.

No pressure!

Thanks again

Liquidity is very high so far on the National. Much bigger than previous years.

Anyone been trading it this morning? I sat there for 3 hours and only made 20 quid!

I've been in the market since this morning. Better to have positions in that you can scratch than none at all.

Excellent result! i wouldn't leave it too late to trade it out as there will be a lot profit takers in the closing stages, it will probably drift up a little I would have thought??
