I am using bet angel to gets bets down and not for trading. Hence sometimes I want to bet up to 50 markets.

1. Is it possible to have the multiple excel sheet have up to 50 tabs and

2. Is is possible in Guardian to have the refresh rate at higher than the current maximum 1 minute (say 5 minutes?)

Thanks
Jon

Hi
yes you can have more than 50 worksheets (I know some people on here use 128 on the football), think it is more down to how much memory you have available.

Re the refresh; Sorry dont know the answer to that=,,but you can have guardian switching a number of seconds before the race starts (click on the guardian advanced settings), so for e.g. you could load it up the night before (your switching would then be increased but dependant upon the time between races if you follow me?)

Thanks
Peter

Peter is right, you can pretty much have as many as you like. I'd like to know what equipment traders with 128 sheets are using. The one problem I have with running over 10 sheets is the refresh. Guardian will constantly update, but some Excel sheets just seem to freeze

Hi,

Do you know how refresh works with several markets in different sheets ?

Is is a stagger of requests ? or simultaneous requests ?

I use 60 sheets on a daily basis to suck in all the horse racing data. Avg file size is about 10Mb, my laptop runs with Quad Core, 8Gb ram, 1TB hard drive. I usually leave to refresh every 3-5 secs, but I admit it doesn't always refresh sequentially as might be expected. It jumps a few markets or does a double refresh on a some markets.

Simply download the 'BetAngel_Multiple' spreadsheet and duplicate as many sheets as needed.

Hi switesh ,
im doing the same as you know, but the excel refresh rate is pretty terrible, skipping updates and sometimes not udpating at all. Any ideas of getting excel to update at the same rate as guarding when you are having multiple sheets?
Thanks
