Enter the bet first. If it remains unmatched then you can apply 'KEEP_ALL'. The KEEP_ALL or TAKE_SP_ALL only applies to unmatched bets that exist in the market not to bets applied from that moment forward.
Dave - check that cell O6 is not populated. Having anything in this cell will prevent the global command from working.
