Taking SP and using a stoploss

Afternoon -
Quick question on taking the SP option when a market turns in play, and having a stop loss in place as well.

If I have a trading bank of 100, get filled for the full amount, and tick 'Take SP' - if I have set up a stoploss behind my back bet, will it still get filled (if it hits) if all my money is locked up in both the back bet and the SP ?
